In 2007, eppstein uhen : architects celebrated 100 years of success in several ways, included the unveiling of the new corporate identity, the 100-mile Beyond Design Bike Tour, and the establishment of the Eppstein Uhen Foundation. One of our special anniversary events was an employee reunion, where we welcomed past and present employees to a party thanking everyone who helped make EUA what it is today.
The social highlight our 100th year was the EUA Anniversary Bash held on Chicago Street in front of our Milwaukee offices. An estimated 1000 clients, partners and friends joined us for the celebration, which included proclamations from Mayor Tom Barrett, County Executive Scott Walker and City Alderman Bob Bauman. Former EUA president Sam Eppstein and the granddaughters of our founder, William G. Herbst, were honored guests at the celebration.
