Project Administrator Milwaukee Office

This person is primarily responsible for administrative and project support duties for multiple Project Managers within one or more market-based Studios. Strong knowledge of work being done by those Project Managers, personnel assignments, and status of projects will be required. Emphasis is on project processes and financial related project activities centering on contracts, billing and collections. This person will report directly to the CFO, but must work in conjunction with Project Managers and maintain a strong interface with the Accounting Department. This position requires the use of advanced techniques and practices; supervision and guidance typically relate to overall objectives, critical issues, and policy matters; often responsible for an entire phase of one or more projects such as facilities planning, technical production, construction administration, etc. This person may also mentor and direct Project Architects, Project Assistants, and Architectural Interns. The candidate for this position in the Public and Education Studio should have an Education Environment focus with specific K-12 and Higher Education academic focus. High level of experience in other markets considered.

This person uses judgment in assignments that have clear and specified objectives with a limited number of variables; space planning, finish selections, furniture selection and specification, millwork detailing, and finish/furniture cost estimating; works under direction of a Project Manager and reports to the Studio Director. Marketing Specialist Madison & Milwaukee Offices

Eppstein Uhen Architects is looking for a high energy Marketing Specialist to be a vital part of our dynamic marketing mix. This person will report directly to the Practice Leader of Business Development and primarily provides marketing leadership and support for the studio(s) to which s/he is assigned; in addition to assisting with firm-wide marketing efforts as needed. The Marketing Specialist works fluidly in a fast-paced environment to develop and execute studio marketing plans, manage studio promotional and pursuit efforts and produce superior studio marketing materials.

The Marketing Specialist must demonstrate initiative, leadership and collaboration, and be able to manage several tasks at a time. This person must facilitate strong working relationships with all levels of studio staff, marketing department staff and company leadership. This person must provide proactive, well-planned support to the studios in their marketing efforts, as well as be able to capitalize on more spontaneous marketing opportunities. This person should have strategic ideas and methods for developing first-rate proposals, presentations and marketing programs and materials.   • Manage and collaborate on the development and execution of the studio marketing plan and budget
  • Work with studio leaders and marketers to track ongoing pursuits and assure they are moving forward
  • Facilitate the go/no-go process, provide input and bring the appropriate decision-makers to the table
  • Manage, strategize, write, design and produce proposals and qualifications packages
  • Develop interview strategy, develop presentation outline and materials, and facilitate rehearsals
  • Track pursuit information in marketing database (Deltek Vision), and keep project information, proposal text and resume information in Vision current
  • Determine the most appropriate awards to submit on, the most appropriate projects to submit, and then design, produce and track award submittals
  • Coordinate, maintain and update all studio marketing/collateral materials
  • Coordinate in-house/professional photography for studio projects
  • Local/national event planning and coordination for studios (trade shows, conference presentations, etc.)
  • Provide proactive ideas and solutions to marketing tasks and issues in studio and firm
